From experience, most children (between the ages of 4-10) will need either an XS or a S in our bucket hat sizes. This is however a large generalisation as we have found that people of all ages have drastically different sized heads.
However, from fitting hundreds of hats at shows and events we have definitely seen the most children fit these sizes.
Unfortunately our XS size doesn't usually fit little heads under the age of 4.
